Overview:
Matura Agro Resources Ltd. invites qualified and experienced vendors to submit quotations for the supply and installation of a 55-hectare center pivot irrigation system. The system will be installed at our project site in Hadejia, Jigawa State. This tender covers the complete installation and setup, including well drilling, irrigation pumps, sprinklers, power connection, and other required setup costs.
The tender is open for 1 week from the date of this announcement. Vendors are requested to provide comprehensive quotes that cover all required aspects of the system.
Scope of Work:
The required scope includes the following components:
- Center Pivot Irrigation System:
- Design, supply, and installation of a center pivot irrigation system covering 55 hectares of land.
- Supply and installation of high-efficiency sprinklers for uniform water distribution.
- Automated system controls for ease of operation and management.
- Well Drilling:
- Drilling of boreholes to supply water for the irrigation system.
- Installation of necessary piping to connect the boreholes to the irrigation pumps.
- Irrigation Pumps:
- Supply and installation of energy-efficient irrigation pumps suitable for the 55-hectare system.
- Provision of backup pumps or redundancy measures to ensure uninterrupted irrigation.
- Power Connection:
- Connection of the irrigation system to a suitable power source (solar, grid, or generator), including cabling and installation of power equipment.
- If solar is proposed, include the design and installation of a solar power system to power the irrigation pumps and pivot system.
- Additional Setup Costs:
- Any other components required for the full installation and functioning of the irrigation system (e.g., valves, control panels, monitoring devices).
- Transportation, labor, and installation costs.
Quotation Requirements:
The quotation must include the following details:
- Detailed Breakdown of Costs:
- Equipment costs (center pivot system, sprinklers, pumps, power setup).
- Well drilling and borehole setup.
- Installation and labor charges.
- Transportation and any miscellaneous costs.
- Project Timeline:
- Expected delivery time for materials and equipment.
- Installation schedule, including key milestones and estimated time for completion.
- Warranty and Maintenance:
- Warranty period for the center pivot system, pumps, and other components.
- Availability of maintenance services and costs (if applicable).
- Company Information:
- Company profile, relevant experience, and portfolio of similar projects.
